Longstanding VMIX board member Hatch Graham said the board selected Burns based on his experience leading companies in the domestic and international tech sectors, as well as his exceptional skill at taking promising technologies and organizations to the next level.

Pat Burns brings over 20 years of experience as CEO at high-growth software, hardware and medical-device companies. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and consulting roles with startups, as well as with industry leaders like Ford Motor Company Finance Staff, Xerox, Bechtel, Brown and Root, and the Maersk Group.
